We understand that ordering riding boots is as nerve-racking as it is exciting. Rest assured we are committed to removing the stress from the process. With hundreds of standard sizes and a free made to measure service we can make boots for every shape and size. If you know your size fabulous we will take it from there. If you are unsure of your size not to worry we will proactively reach out and walk you through the measuring process including a virtual meeting if needed.
We reach out to each customer regarding their order and are confident that our support during the measuring & ordering process will ensure your new boots will fit you like a glove! However, you are welcome to take advantage of our 100% no-hassle boot refund within 48 hours of their arrival. Your custom-measured boots will take between 6 - 8 weeks to arrive at your door. Please note shipping times are approximate, as unforeseen delays may occur with NL Post, USPS, and Canada Post.
